Crew Resource Management and Human Factors Training
All of our Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Human Factors (HF) courses are designed around you, your requirements, and your operation/industry. Based in the UK, we have experience delivering CRM and HF training worldwide and can tailor the courses and content to suit multiple regulatory authorities.
While CRM and HF originate from the aviation industry, they can be used to support and promote a safety culture and safe operations in multiple sectors where human interaction and teamwork are necessary for safe and effective outcomes.
Our trainers have thousands of hours of experience in operational flying from military and civilian Search and Rescue operations, to Helimed and Policing, but have also worked in and with many other industries. This background allows all staff to provide contextualised learning that takes training beyond the theory.
The tabs below contain more information, but please contact us to discuss your requirements and how we can use our experience to help you.

Our CRM Foundation Course is designed to introduce aviation professionals to the core principles of Crew Resource Management, as outlined in the UK Civil Aviation Authority’s CAP 737. This course emphasises developing non-technical skills essential for safe and efficient flight operations. It is intended for operations and flight crew and seeks to build a strong foundation in CRM principles.
Key Learning Outcomes:
- Fostering effective teamwork and situational awareness.
- Understanding human performance limitations and their impact on safety.
- Enhancing communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Applying threat and error management strategies in operational contexts.

Our CRM Refresher Course revisits and reinforces CRM’s core principles while tackling the latest human factors trends and operational challenges. Delivered by certified trainers with extensive experience in a wide variety of operations, the course adapts to your operation.

Refresher courses address the key elements of CRM in line with your schedule and requirements, introduce case studies, and examine the practical application of CRM tools. All our courses promote a safety culture while ensuring your team stays competent and effective in complex and safety-critical environments.

Our Human Factors Training for Operations Staff is designed to enhance the understanding of human performance and its impact on safety and efficiency in aviation operations. This course is suitable for non-flight crew personnel involved in operational aviation roles, and supports the development of a safety culture and enhances operational effectiveness.
Training Objectives:
- Understanding the role of human factors in safety management systems.
- Identifying human factors that influence operational performance.
- Implementing strategies to mitigate human error.
